- Against the SKU associated during login event, Xtrakt™ can keep tab on actual cycle time.
- If the time from last production event exceeds, Xtrakt™ can put the station in unreasoned downtime mode and interlock the station to force the operator to feed the reason for downtime.
- Once the operator provides downtime reason, the interlock to the station can be release to allow operator to resume the production.
- Once the station starts giving pulses for production the Xtrakt™ can put the station back in production mode.
